The more you celebrate life, the more there is in life to celebrate

Other Ceremonies

Just as life is not limited to weddings and funerals, the opportunities in life for celebration is unlimited.

There are many opportunities to gather family and friends together and celebrate life's milestones and significant moments.  Often one of life's regrets is that these moments and milestones pass by without recognition; fading into life's busyness.

Let me help you give these times the recognition they deserve.  I have a wide range of resources, and with my ideas and planning we can bring your ideas to life.

A vow renewal is the perfect opportunity for couples who are already married to acknowledge and reaffirm their love and commitment to each other.  For some couples, a commitment ceremony is right for them as an alternative to legal marriage. It may be you have a significant anniversary or feel it is the right time to acknowledge the strength of your relationship.  Between us we can design a ceremony that says everything you want and more.

This generally replaces the more traditional christening and can be for a newborn, older child, adoption, or even to mark the occasion of an adult's change of name.

The naming ceremony is a beautiful way to welcome your child, and express your love, hope and dreams for them.  It is also a wonderful chance to introduce your child to your family and friends, and recognise your child's godparents/guardians.

Whatever ceremony you are planning, I welcome you to an obligation-free meeting.  During this time we can meet each other and discuss what you would like in your ceremony. Then should you decide to make a booking we can proceed from there.

Other ceremony ideas are:

  • Adoption Ceremonies
  • Special Birthdays
  • Coming of Age
  • Home and Boat Blessings
  • House Cleansings
  • Pet Funerals and Memorials
  • Retirement

I am also available for Master of Ceremonies or Compeering.

When my wife and I decided to renew our wedding vows on our 50th Anniversary we were recommended to celebrant, Janice Kingston.

We found Janice to be a thoroughly likable and competent person who understood and orchestrated our needs. Janice guided us through the preliminary process and the ceremony with a degree of professionalism and caring that we believe was second to none.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Janice to anyone wishing to use a celebrant service.
